In no particular order:

  • created the largest financial literacy group in Utah
  • developed a lead generator that made 400 homebuyer leads per month (sales value of $1M plus) 1,000s of leads per month in 22 US markets.
  • co-founded Salt Lake City’s first bank-sponsored coworker space, slcOFFICE
  • worked over $6B in real estate assets including the Taylor Bean & Whitaker (toxic asset) portfolio
  • asked a monkey for directions (pictured above)
  • made pilgrimage to a holy town high in Himalayas (11,204 feet) on the banks of the Alaknanda river.
  • built a simple house with friends over a weekend in Mexico
  • bought over a million dollars in real estate by age 20
  • survived 20+ years as a serial entrepreneur and counting!
  • bought, sold, negotiated, or contracted over 5,000 homes
  • created a finance model for a Stan Lee Production Co
  • got married standing over Emerald Bay at Lake Tahoe
  • co-founded a wellness center brand based on frequency therapy
  • produced a sales and sizzle call series using a radio interview with the late Ed McMahon (“Here’s Johnny!”)
  • fed 100 families at Thanksgiving as an organizer for Tony Robbins International basket brigade
  • spent nearly a year in meditation, realized some wisdom
  • walked on fire THREE times
  • was named ‘Silent Moose’ by an elder of the Lakota Sioux Native American Indian tribe
  • recognized as a Shaman in Peruvian ceremony including receiving a Despacho wrapped in a prayer flag blessed by the Dalai Lama
  • trekked 6,000 feet to the top of a volcano at 3AM to watch the sunrise
  • traveled around the world visiting 11 countries in 50 days
